What the incubator is.

Lisa's toolkit — research, coaching framework, document architecture — applied to clients who don't fit a marketing-budget invoice. Not job-search ShortList clients (that's MCP). Real people who need a life intelligence system, not a job-search document.

The incubator proves the IP is vertical-agnostic. It's the proof we use when we tell a SaaS founder the same toolkit works for them as it does for an industrial operator with a half-built service business.

The framework, briefly.

Every incubator engagement runs through five lenses:

  1. Who You Are. Identity, history, the receipts you under-sell.
  2. Your Path. Three to five real paths forward, with the data to weigh them.
  3. The Money. Real numbers from real markets. Not generic "market size" — the actual zip-code-level intel.
  4. Name It. If naming is open, three to five validated options. If naming is locked, a positioning rewrite.
  5. Do This. A checkable action plan with urgency tags and (when delivery requires it) an SMS launch script.
