A&I is led by Lisa with co-founder Evy and strategic advisor Nate, plus partners who each run their own practice. We share what we learn on every job, which is how the whole team keeps getting better.
Founder · CEO
Lisa Joy Ricci
A coach and teacher at heart, with twenty years in training, sales enablement and marketing and a master’s in Organization Development. Lisa asks the hard questions, builds the client work and teaches the practice through the Lab and Live Lab.
Co-founder · Project Lead, SEO and demand generation
Evy Kartawinata
Evy is an A&I co-founder. She leads every client project, from kickoff to handoff, and keeps raising the bar for everyone on them. Ten-plus years in SEO and demand generation across travel, insurance and health, including six years leading SEO at eHealth, then PlushCare, then SEO Director at MedicareFAQ. She builds the content and attribution systems on our healthcare work. Trilingual in English, Mandarin and Indonesian.
Strategic Advisor
Nate Purpura
Nate is A&I’s strategic advisor and the founder of Context Marketing. A journalist turned healthcare marketer, he has spent twenty-plus years building marketing engines, including twelve years at eHealth, where he grew strategic partner sales past $100 million, then Bicycle Health and Credo Health. He is now Head of Growth Marketing at ARC Health, co-wrote Affordable Care Act for Dummies, and developed his Context Marketing methodology in 2016. He sets the strategy our systems are built around.
CTO
Adam McQuade
Adam guides our technology: architecture, deploys and the infrastructure that keeps our tools fast. He is VP of Operations at Expeed Software. Before that he was Director of IT at HealthSpot, the Dublin, Ohio telehealth company, where he and Lisa built learning systems together.
CRM and Data Architect
Trivenn Mudivarthi
Trivenn builds our data spine: one campaign ID from the ad to the CRM to the revenue it produced. He brings close to twenty years in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and he is helping us finish the app and connect it to the systems our clients already run. His Jack Russell is on the way.
Copywriter · Head of Product Ideation and Education
Samantha Heckler
Sam is Transition and Special Education Coordinator at Western Buckeye ESC. Before that she spent eleven years at Vantage Career Center, from Intervention Specialist to Special Education Coordinator across its thirteen member schools, and she holds a principal license. She is a 2025 graduate of Leadership Van Wert County. Sam came to us as a client: a ShortList brief helped her land her current Transition Coordinator role at $25K over market. Now she writes our copy, leads product ideation, and heads our work in the education sector.
Advisor
Derrick Blake
Thirty years in operations, from auto parts counters to district management at O’Reilly Auto Parts and AAA Club Alliance, plus six years in aviation service at Lane Aviation. Derrick is now a Program Administrator with the State of Ohio, after two years supervising its motor fleet, and advises on public-sector procurement, vendor management and contract bids.

Everyone on the team brought at least one. They run logistics, review drafts and guard the door.

Six junior operators are looking for their forever desks.
Two girls and four boys, by Lucy and Linus. Lucy did all the work (poor Lucy). Lambert and Luna are “helping.” Very high energy, excellent instincts, and no experience required. Benefits include a lifetime of fetch. Columbus, Ohio, local pickup only.
