Live Lab
with A&I.

Every Friday, a real problem gets worked in the open — a LinkedIn profile, this website, a marketing plan, whatever's real that week. Solo episodes most Fridays. A live, cams-on lunch session every other Friday. No deck. No pitch. The prompts are never held back.

Live sessions: every other Friday, 12:00–1:00pm ET · Google Meet · Capped at 25 seats. Solo episodes: every Friday, wherever you listen.

The lineup

What's dropping, and when.

The method's the same every episode: research a specific critic's lens, apply it to something real of mine, edit live based on what it surfaces. The subject and the lens rotate. The live sessions — audience, questions, cams on — are back every other Friday starting September 18.

Shark Tank My LinkedIn

I research a Shark — blunt, ROI-obsessed, zero patience for fluff — turn it into an actual evaluation lens, and let it loose on my own LinkedIn headline and About section. Real prompts on screen.

Solo · Fri, Sep 4

A guru reviews this website

Same method, different lens and a different target: a completely different critic persona goes to work on artificeandintelligence.org, and I make the edits live.

Solo · Fri, Sep 11

Field notes, and what's next

A shorter solo episode, plus a preview of what's getting worked at the first live session back on Sep 18.

Live · Fri, Sep 18

First live session is back

Audience, questions, cams on, happy-hour energy — over lunch. Capped at 25 seats. If there's time, a volunteer gets the same treatment live.

What Live Lab is.

The same three-step method, every episode. The subject and the critic's lens change; the shape doesn't.

Research

Build the lens first

Before anything gets reviewed, I research a specific critic archetype — a Shark, a guru, a particular kind of skeptic — and turn it into an actual evaluation lens. The prompt's on screen, not hidden.

A real problem, no staging

A real LinkedIn profile, this actual website, a real marketing plan — worked with the same tools and prompts I use with paying clients. Nothing rehearsed.

Push back

Live sessions only

Every other Friday, cams on, happy-hour style. Ask questions, disagree, suggest a different move — and if there's time, a volunteer gets the same treatment.

Where to find it

Solo episodes drop every Friday.

Audio goes out wherever you already get podcasts — Spotify and Apple links land here the week Episode 1 drops. Live sessions post in full on YouTube. Short clips post to Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Every episode gets a companion recap on The Lab.

Future sessions

Want your real problem featured?

Free sessions like this one are the front door. Future Live Labs feature a paying guest's actual problem, worked live, with the files handed over afterward.

FAQ.

Is it really free?

Yes. Live Lab is free to attend, cams-on, happy-hour style. No card required to book.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

Encouraged, not required. It's more fun with cams on — but no one's checking.

Do I have to volunteer?

No. Come watch, ask questions, and leave whenever you want. The volunteer segment is opt-in only.

What if I can't make the live session?

Live sessions are every other Friday, 12–1pm ET, capped at 25 seats — grab yours ahead of time. Can't make one? The solo episodes cover every Friday in between, and every episode gets a recap on The Lab either way.

Is the podcast free too?

Yes. Every solo episode is free, wherever you already get podcasts.

What's the difference between the podcast and the live session?

Solo episodes are recorded alone and released weekly — no audience, no scheduling. Live sessions happen every other Friday with an audience, real-time questions, and sometimes a volunteer.

Save your seat, or just listen.

Live sessions every other Friday, 12:00–1:00pm ET, on Google Meet. Free, capped at 25. Solo episodes every Friday, free, wherever you listen.
